Stirling has recently announced a change of management control at the Company and the Board now comprises Mr David Nabarro as Chairman, Dr Rohtraut Skatsche-Depisch, Mr Giga Bedineishvili and Dr Roman Lurf as Non-Executive Directors. Mr Marty Adams has been appointed as the Managing Director. He has thirty years experience in the mining industry including extensive experience in gold, copper, mineral sands, iron ore and lead/zinc.
Stirling is a mining investment company with strategic investments in a range of Australian natural resource projects including copper (Redbank Copper - ASX:RCP), gold (Swan Gold Mining - ASX:SWA) and mineral sands (Matilda Zircon - ASX:MZI). Stirling continues to be backed by major shareholder DCM DECOmetal, an international commodity trader based in Austria with multiple investments in the mining and metallurgy sector in Australia, South Africa and Eastern Europe.
The Company benefits from its highly skilled team of directors and management who have extensive experience in project development, project operation and corporate finance.
